The General Assembly approved the members of the Directory Council as following:
- Prof. Mihai Berinde – Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs at PETROM – Member of OMV Group – was named as President of PETROGAZ, as well as President of the Directory Council
- Eng. Claudiu Colesiu – General Manager of CONPET Ploiesti – was named as Vice-President of PETROGAZ, as well as Vice-President of the Directory Council
- Mr. Eduard Floria – Project Manager at HR Department of PETROM – Member of OMV Group – was named as Executive Director of PETROGAZ
